Next-generation Information and Communication Technology (ICT) supports the Internet-of-Things (IoT), 5G-and-beyond mobile communication, and connectivity with and within cyber-physical infrastructures. New fundamental challenges emerge: increased flexibility, autonomy, in-network intelligence, resilience, security and trustworthiness.
This research project, “Inference, Control and Trust for ICT (ICT4ICT)”, funded by Swedish Research Council, sets out to address related fundamental research problems. ICT4ICT builds on the expertise and extends the research agenda of the Networked Systems Security group at KTH, led by Prof. Papadimitratos. This project, fully aligned with the SecurityLink environment, is the springboard for an exciting KTH-LiU collaboration, notably with the groups of Prof. Altafini and Prof. Larsson.
